He was drafted by Cincinnati Bengals in fourth round of 2015 NFL Draft after playing college football at Arizona State.
Hardison was officially signed to the Houston Texans practice squad on December 21, 2017. On January 1, 2018, he signed a future/reserve contract with the Texans.
On September 20, 2017, Hardison was signed to the Jacksonville Jaguars’ practice squad. He was released on November 20, 2017.
On September 2, 2017, Hardison was released by the Bengals.
